A retired Army Colonel, with a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication, Masters in Human Resources, Masters in Strategic Studies, and PMP certification, she has spearheaded the development of a Center of Excellence, developed multi-course curriculums for academic institutions and private companies, and led efforts to assist colleges gain accreditation. Scholara Education, LLC, is based out of the St. Louis MO Metropolitan area with partners around the globe and is capable of delivering training and business consulting services across the country.
